Gunwharf Quays wanted to reposition into a more premium and luxury market. It was a hybrid outlet come leisure destination and wanted to move upmarket to capture the burgeoning growth in premium outlet sales. We were appointed to assist with the repositioning and create a B2B campaign and supporting materials to convey this vision to new, premium and luxury retailers, restaurateurs and leisure operators. This repositioning and supporting campaign was hugely successful and the repositioning continues to deliver exceptional returns to date for our client. This initial project evolved into numerous other workstreams including a consumer-focussed customer service exercise to define a new standard in this category amongst others.
