Gunwharf Quays is one of Europe’s premier outlet malls with a highly curated blend of shops, leisure and dining offers. We planned and executed a significant social media campaign to celebrate its Birthday across Insta’ and Facebook with the aim of raising awareness of the destination and significantly enhancing engagement on these platforms. With the installation of a video booth and a traditional English phonebox, a local radio collab’ and a range of tactics to engage visitors, the campaign results speak for themselves.
